I have been busy this month furiously sewing on my Granny's hand Singer sewing machine making puppets and soft props for my good friend Jamie. It's been challenging but completely rewarding, seeing something come from nothing. Was a little strange to be on the creative/making side, but fascinating seeing a production come together from a different angle.
I've been channelling my (maternal) Grandma who taught me to sew on this machine as well as my (paternal) Granny who owned it. I think they both would have been proud of what I created.
